We know that many of you use and love Trello, but you still struggle with team planning. Trello is a great tool, but it's difficult to coordinate all the work your team has to do across all of your projects. 

Many of you have told us that your greatest struggle when planning out your team’s work is having to click back and forth between almost every board to see what your team members’ workload capacity looks like. 

That’s why we created the Team Overview feature in LogicalPlan, which allows you to see all of your team members and their tasks from all of your Trello boards on one simple page. Thanks to this view, you can immediately replan tasks without running the risk that you’ll accidentally overload someone. 

Now, instead of painstakingly copying all of your tasks and boards from Trello into LogicalPlan, we’ve made the process easy for you - all you have to do is connect Trello to your LogicalPlan account, choose what you want to bring over, and we’ll do the rest!

We’ve created a short video that will walk you through the process.

Users can start importing their Trello boards the moment they begin using LogicalPlan.

First, click the plus “+” symbol on the top bar and select the “New Workspace” option to go to the New Workspace page. Once you're on that page, click the “Connect Trello” option.

At this point, Taco, Trello's mascot, will ask to give LogicalPlan access to your Trello boards.

After you confirm the integration, your Trello boards will appear in the workspace settings, and you can choose which boards you would like to import.

When you finish choosing boards, you can select which users you’d like to invite to your workspace. The user list is automatically imported from your Trello boards, but your team members won't be able to use LogicalPlan until you give them access. If you want them to cooperate with you in LogicalPlan, enter their email addresses, and they will receive instructions on how to log in.

Once you've finished the process, we'll start importing your data from Trello to LogicalPlan. It can sometimes take a few minutes, so we’ll notify you when it’s ready. In the meantime, you can continue working in LogicalPlan.

Once you have your data fully imported from Trello into LogicalPlan, you can start planning outside the box.
